I came across this book first on Blinkist, and finish reading this book a while ago. I enjoyed it a lot. Like there are quite a lot of personality system out there, but I enjoy this one the most based on my experience with the other system like Enneagram or the 16 personality types.

I am not saying that those system are not good or not accurate, but I like the simplicity and flexibility of the system developed by Thomas Erikson. It is much easier to apply to daily life and avoid a lot of office troubles. This system can be applied by observation, and does not require you taking your colleagues to one of those expensive therapy…

It is a method developed from the famous DISA profiles, that use a color scheme of red, yellow, green and blue as a base to describe different behaviors and personalities.
